No. QuickerNotes can talk to MINDBODY and retrieve all the data we need to allow you to document your work efficiently. We have a strict policy to retrieve the minimum data necessary to allow you to create quality SOAP notes. Any data we no longer need is deleted from our systems within 48 hours.
We will do a screen share walk-through with you to help you get set up. Typically, this takes about 15-45 minutes. Once an office is set up, we rarely hear from them again. The software is very intuitive and easy to use. If you do run into problems, we are available to you via Zoom conference and email. Alternatively, you can purchase our white glove service, and we will do the work for you.
No. We believe in one fee that covers your entire staff. No matter how many clients you see or how many staff members work at your office, it's the same price.
